Getting to Chitwan: Chitwan is a district in the South Western part of Bagmati Province. Chitwan is a significant part of inner Terai in the lower landscapes blending with Chure ranges. Two routes are getting to Chitwan; those are by air and by roadways. Roadways are about 5-6 Hrs of a scenic journey, while the aerial flight takes you to Samara airport. From Simara, the trip to Chitwan is about 1-2 hours of the road trip.
