What happens next

  • We'll reply with a suggested plan and a price. Nothing is booked until you say yes, so ask as many questions as you like.
  • Every trip starts with a pickup from your hotel in Bharatpur. Flying in? We're happy to meet you at Bharatpur airport too.
  • Any trip can be private, just for your group. Mention it in your message and we'll confirm the price for a private guide and vehicle.
  • Your booking is confirmed once we've accepted it and you've had our confirmation email with your booking reference. As well as paying by card online, you can pay a 25% deposit by bank transfer, with the rest due before the trip.
  • Plans change, we know. Ask at least 7 days ahead and we'll do our best to move your date. The full details are in our booking terms.
