What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

We collect only what we need to plan and run your trip.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number.
Trip details: dates, number of travellers, pickup point and any special requests.
Payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored by us.

To answer your enquiry, confirm and run your booking, send you trip information and receipts, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Our team, and the guides, drivers and homestay hosts who need it to run your trip. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

Booking records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after two years.
