Booking terms

These terms apply to trips booked on narayaniriver.com.

Booking

You can book a trip online or send us an enquiry. A booking is confirmed when we have accepted it and you have received a confirmation email with your booking reference.

Payment

You can pay the full amount by card when you book online. If you prefer, wait for our confirmation email: we can also accept a deposit of 25% of the trip price by bank transfer, with the balance due before the trip starts.

Changes

We will try to change dates or trip details if you ask at least 7 days before the start date. A change may affect the price.

Cancellation by you

• More than 10 days before the start date: we refund 50% of the deposit.
• 10 days or less before the start date, or after the trip has started: no refund.

Cancellation or changes by us

If we have to cancel because of weather, high water, strikes or other events outside our control, we will offer another date or a full refund of the amount paid. If part of a trip can't run safely on the day, for example because the river is too high, we will offer the closest alternative.

Your responsibilities

Please follow your guide's instructions at all times, especially near the river and in the forest. We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and medical costs.
